Proof of Residency

This section contains questions regarding your citizenship, state of legal residence, etc. These
questions will determine whether you are classified as a Texas resident or a non-resident.

Non-U.S. Citizens or Permament Residents

• Applicants who are not US citizens MUST provide JAMP with a copy of both sides of their Permanent Resident card.
• An application will NOT be processed without this documentation.
• The documentation can be uploaded directly to the application or emailed to JAMP at info@jamp.com
• If your Permanent Resident card has no expiration date, enter the expiration date as ten years from the issue date.
